The Theater Dubai is an exquisite venue in the heart of Dubai, where every evening is transformed into an unforgettable interactive show, harmoniously fusing gastronomy and art. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a classic theater hall, with velvet accents, subdued lighting, and cozy tables creating an intimate setting.
The menu, developed by Chef Sherwin Tolosa, offers exquisite dishes such as beluga caviar, Wagyu beef carpaccio with truffle, Peruvian ceviche, and Japanese sushi. The miso-baked salmon is also worth trying. Each evening, mini-performances are performed on stage, ranging from vocal performances and jazz ballads to complex acrobatics and dance numbers inspired by the cultures of the East and West.
The project is led by Artistic Director Guy Manoukian, a Lebanese musician and composer known for his mastery of merging Western and Middle Eastern musical traditions. Visitors must adhere to a strict dress code: cocktail attire, no T-shirts or shorts.
